I come here quite regularly when i need loosening up. Generally really good massages. This time round however, it was quite painful. The lady who carried out the massage was lovely but actually didn't ask me if i had any issues or wanted concentration on particular area of my back or body.

The massage itself is brilliant, the staff really know what they are doing.
However,
The 'aroma' is really strong and is not actually pleasant. My mum had to leave before the end as she said she couldn't breath =(
Also, there is no opportunity to take a shower; no changing rooms; overall lack of facilities which is surprising given quite a high price.
