Was asked to reschedule appointment to a later time, but didn't find out until we had gotten there, so had to wait 45 minutes before our treatment started. There were kids watching shows (without headphones) in the waiting area which was very annoying when coming to relax. Massage treatment was very good, just wish the set up and facilities could have led up to it better.

The place is lovely, very stylish and relaxing. Staff is amazing, very friendly. That's by far the best Salon I went. Waxing was just perfect too. I recommend and I'll go again.

The treatment was interrupted 3 times, the masseuse left the room during the treatment without saying anything to me she came back straight away but I felt that it interrupted the experience and cut down on the time I paid for, also the hot stones was extremely hot and I screamed as i felt I was burnt by the stones. I had the 30min treatment but for me it felt much much less than that, maybe because it was interrupted and I feel like I did not get the value I wanted for my money. I gave it 2 starts as I felt that she was really good and had good techniques however I did not enjoy the experience at all. Won’t go back again!
