I came early to receive treatment but I was told I will be delayed by 15 mins.I had scheduled another appointment and requested not to delay my treatment. I was upset and tried to reason. Initially staff was not understanding but after insisting I was allocated another slot in the evening with complimentary extra time. Overall the experience was stressful rather than relaxing and I hope that in the future the staff can be better organised. This was the only time I experienced this here, otherwise in the past I have received a very good satisfactory service.

Booking a post-race massage at Thai London Therapy is now an integral part of my training plan. They never fail to sort me out, tailoring my massage to address whichever parts I've managed to strain the worst. I limp in, and an hour later I float out. I can't recommend them highly enough.
