I came early to receive treatment but I was told I will be delayed by 15 mins.I had scheduled another appointment and requested not to delay my treatment. I was upset and tried to reason. Initially staff was not understanding but after insisting I was allocated another slot in the evening with complimentary extra time. Overall the experience was stressful rather than relaxing and I hope that in the future the staff can be better organised. This was the only time I experienced this here, otherwise in the past I have received a very good satisfactory service.
