Would have been 5 stars for all categories, if the room was ready on my arrival, and my treatment wasn’t cut 5-mins as a result of the room needing prepping. Also, after 55-mins I was then told, there were no hot stones available! Aside from that, the staff were welcoming, and the actual massage was what I needed! Perfect pressure, even finding and working on pressure/tension spots I didn’t know tension was hiding.
