Problem with the booking- was quite stressful waiting and not knowing what the receptionist was doing. She didn’t communicate that there was a problem which wasn’t helpful. Nevertheless they accommodated the booking however it was 35 mins later than planned. We had somewhere to be at 7 so that caused our other plans to be delayed. The Initial massage was done by one person then they we had a switch over part way through. Not the best but the massage was good.
