Have been coming here for years but this was just an appalling experience. They did not have rooms available so took me to the room in the back whose door has been opened to the outside, while outside temp was 14C and the room was similar. I asked a number of times to turn the heating on and they did not know how. Massage was frustratingly stopped after 10mins as i shivered out to reception. They apologised and was told refund will be issued. This was 2 weeks ago, no word or refund since...
