Brilliant mixture of Thai and deep tissue oil massage, a bit of stretching and forearm rolling/kneading to really massage away the knots.

It was a good massage and the therapist was professional, checking how I felt throughout. The only problem was that she couldn’t go as hard as I needed - she certainly tried but when I asked for more pressure, she was honest and said she was maxed out, and said I might need to see a male for sports massage. I appreciate the honesty, but wasn’t thrilled paying £135 for a deep tissue and leaving with my lower body still feeling super-tight. Upper body felt good, though. Would generally recommend.
