Lumpai is honestly brill. She really knows her stuff – not the usual “learnt it during a couple days at college” massage. This is real therapy. She figured out my myofascial trigger points straight away and got how my back issues link to migraine/nerve pain. Adapted everything to what I needed. Feels more like seeing a physio. Facilities fine – bit of noise from the nail salon in the next room but didn’t bother me. Left feeling so so much better and going back next week.
