A clean and warm treatment area. Therapist was sweet and very strong and adjusted to what i needed inbetween. Massage was good but would of been better if had a small consultation before starting. There was lack of communication when I entered the shop, I didn't know what to do with my shoes or to take slippers or to walk on the ground bare foot if I did not ask.

Thai Heaven is the best in West Hampstead. Had an amazing massage today with Krishna. One of the best massages I’ve had ever. Please ignore my prior review - was for Chiangmai Spa (which is awful). Thai Heaven is excellent hence I come here a lot!
