Massage is great and the staff were lovey. Highly recommend a massage here, they take the time to talk through and check you are happy with the massage. However, ensure to specify about treatment room when booking. There are a number of treatment rooms and depending on the room depends on the experience. The room in the basement was a very relaxing experience but this time I had a room on the entry level and I could hear the washing machine, people coming and going and staff talking.
