The actual massage was wonderful and really helped my shoulder issues. The room itself was extremely clean and the ambience was perfect, as was the music being played.
My only issue was that the receptionist (may have been the same person as the masseuse? I am not sure, I am face blind and had my eyes closed during treatment obviously!) was not very friendly and that detracted from the experience, they had headphones in and didn't acknowledge, just mumbled. I felt like I wasn't welcome.
