I told the practitioner that the bed was not comfortable and she went to fetch the receptionist who said sorry its not comfortable but you have to lay on it.

I didn't speak to the therapist only to say if the pressure was ok but she knew exactly what she was doing and paid attention to the areas that needed releasing. I would highly recommend and go back again.
