The therapist and the venue were great, the therapist very nice, and the atmosphere very peaceful. The massage was great, but it was quite painful,it was probably supposed to be but i had to stop her every so often to tell her it was too painful. This was mainly due to the issues i have with my muscles due to running the previous day, but while i rate everything about the venue and therapist 5 stars id maybe consider a different type of massage next time. This was two days ago and I feel good today, however there are still some painful areas and small bruises on my calves from the massage. Though she did wonders for my shoulders!
