Couple’s massage.
Really nice experience on our vacation in London. The staff (all of them) were sooo kind to us! And I loved the tea they served us after our massage! If we go to London again, we will come back for another massage here. Thank you!

While the venue is conveniently located and the place is calming and clean, there were a few things I didn’t like and thus would probably not go again. The therapist walked in without knocking while I was getting unchanged and just stood there staring at me. They also did not confirm the treatment I booked and started to give me another treatment so I had to explain and remind them what I had booked. In general the communication was off and the therapist came across rude.
