Overall was absolutely fine. Thomas is so lovely. My root coverage wasn’t taking so well so had to apply some bleach which I have never had to use and it was a burning feeling which obviously to be expected I’d imagine. I think maybe being offered tea/coffee/ water is pretty standard which wasn’t offered but hey ho not a huge deal.
