Thomas is an excellent hairdresser. I always look forward to going for my appointment. Atmosphere relaxed, Thomas always considerate & discusses plan for your hair. Thomas always adds that personal touch & he’s very professional. I always leave feeling like the wind is blowing through every strand of hair. The most thorough hair wash you’ll ever get!

Overall was absolutely fine. Thomas is so lovely. My root coverage wasn’t taking so well so had to apply some bleach which I have never had to use and it was a burning feeling which obviously to be expected I’d imagine.
I think maybe being offered tea/coffee/ water is pretty standard which wasn’t offered but hey ho not a huge deal.
