I enjoyed the whole experience, the staff were welcoming and friendly, the banter was fun and you felt included in the conversations, they work well together as a team and obviously know each other well and can support each other. I have neck issues but when my hair was washed, a back wash, it was done gently and didn't take too long, and once I had my haircut, I loved it and have had amazing comments about how great it looks, so thank you all very much and see you at the end of the month.
