Just a small side note — it would be great if you could look into your booking system. Apparently, there are two different systems being used, which resulted in a double booking. It wasn’t a big issue for me today as I had time to wait, but it might be worth sorting out to avoid any inconvenience for customers in the future.
Overall, a very positive experience. Thank you again.

It was the very first time I have ever had my legs waxed and I couldn't have asked for a better experience. Harmony was very mindful, patient and so positive that she put me completely at ease during the experience.

From start to finish the experience is something special, Luke understands you & your hair. When given complete creative control I left with the bounciest and most beautiful cut, colour & blowdry I’ve ever had. You have to go and see him 🤌🏼
