One the best massages I’ve had in a long time. Therapist was knowledgeable about the body and provided me with lots of insight to why I had lots of tension and knots in my body. I would highly recommend.

I went in with very tense shoulders, neck and back. The therapist talked through what she was doing and why. She really worked my knots but it was never tooooo painful!! It was a good massage and I feel much better now. Will definitely go again. Recommend
