Staff are lovely, I can't stress this enough. Although the thin walls affected the overall ambience, re the massage I would have preferred if the stones weren't hit together at certain points to 'loosen the knots' as I found it distracting (but this could be down to personal preference). Was surprised that they used the body oil for the face massage - as opposed to a specific facial skincare product.
Overall, for the price point it's okay, and it was a good massage.

The hot-stone massage was fantastic and just what I needed to recover from a long-haul flight. The therapist was very professional and caring and had a heavenly touch. With the off peak discount the 90-min massage was also great value for money. Facilities are quite basic, but with the lighting and music the therapist managed to recreate the right atmosphere.
