Honestly worst experience of my life. Came out of the salon in tears, with half my hair chopped off & a colour I didn't ask for. No idea who Antonio is, I was served by Carlito (when he eventually arrived and opened the salon - appointment booked for 11am, guy showed up at 11.10am to open salon, it was freezing! And he spent the first 25mins mucking around trying to put music on), and he spoke no English. The whole thing took 5hrs in total, a lot of that was him chatting on the phone! APPALLING!

Amazing experience. The staff are so friendly and welcoming! I had a lovely haircut which turned out exactly the way I asked. I can’t wait to go back - 100% would recommend!

Hadn't heard of this new clinic in Reading before finding it on the Treatwell directory but it was great. No problem getting booked in as still quite quiet. Easy booking process. Ash was fantastic, very friendly and made me feel relaxed. Did a great job.
