I booked and paid £28.00 for Treatwell to wash and dry my hair on Saturday, the professional was in a hurry, and hardly knew what she was doing,she didn't split my hair into parts for a good blow-dry, I felt my hair was a little wet when she said it was done,and I let her know about 4 times.When finished I was charged an extra £40.00 them saying gonna charge more because my is hair and extensions. At home I felt that my hair was a good part wet. I called to complain. The receptionist was so RUDE
