Friendly and professional staff, clean place.
Unfortunately the room where the massage takes place is right next to where the hairdressing is happening, which means the sound of other people, of taps running, etc can interrupt the ambience.
I also felt more time could have been used to really personalise the experience. It felt very transactional and no major effort made to help you get into “relaxation” mode. It’s not just about the body but it’s about the mind, and I think they would do well to try and approach it from that perspective. That way I would have felt much more relaxed during and afterwards.
