I’m disappointed with my experience. I reached out to them directly but never received a response. They rescheduled my appointment due to not managing their calendar, the tanning booth (where you stand naked) has an open door that when the therapist walks in and out, can be seen from the nail desks and the open street. The tan itself was ineffective - I saw no results, there was no visible guide colour and despite following all the instructions, no lasting colour. A waste of time and money.
