Thank you so much to the entire team! The reception guy was very welcoming and had a lovely chat while waiting for my appointment, the therapist were all lovely and extremely professional, made me feel a princess! Will be back soon for more treatments

Filing and length were uneven so I actually had to file it myself when I got home. The main issue though was that the technician didn’t take the time to understand what I wanted or ask to check if this length/shape looked ok. When I pointed out that there were bubbles on one finger she simply dismissed saying it’s okay because it’s on the top coat. Overall, for £40 and gel polish, the result, care, and craft were not a match.

The venue is very nice and relaxing. Varsha was very receptive to any feedback and so I think if I just said I wanted my lashes curlier and darker, she’d take note next time. She listened to my concerns about my brows as well. I’ve been to some places where I didn’t feel listened to and it can be uncomfortable. This was the opposite. I don’t think cling film was used on my brows, and so I don’t feel they’ve set as well as I would like. I’ll caveat that I am extremely fussy lol
