Mixed first visit. The therapist was excellent - skilled, professional, and made the wax as painless as possible. The salon is also spotless and serene.
However, the receptionist was incredibly cold. I called ahead to explain I was in a taxi with a sprained ankle, but was met with such an abrupt, rigid attitude I wondered if he expected the car to fly! 5 stars for the treatment, but the front-of-house needs a serious personality transplant and a lot more empathy.
