I had a wonderful experience at the salon! I booked a BIAB manicure and a shellac pedicure, and I couldn't be happier with the results. The technician was professional, attentive, and took great care to ensure everything was perfect. TRDL: Worst wax ever. Left with hair, wax residue, and no strip despite clear request. Felt rushed, rough, and painful—like being plucked. Ignored my request to pause. For the price, I expected better. Not coming back. Would’ve wanted this warning.
