I was charged £5 extra because the gel (done in a different salon) was hard to remove which is fair enough but I wasn’t warned before/during, I was just told after the treatment which isn’t great. I also noticed after leaving that the surface of my nails was left a bit coarse as if the gel wasn’t removed properly despite paying extra. A bit disappointing
