I was a long-standing, loyal customer and spent a great deal of money here over the years. But during a recent visit, Dominika — a staff member — made a rude, insulting comment about my appearance, and doubled down in front of another colleague, who tried to defend me. This happened just weeks before my wedding. I left feeling humiliated and upset. When I raised this with management, I was met with condescending excuses and a lack of accountability or adequate goodwill gesture.
