the in home salon was not the most ambient. but this is probably one of the best cut and blow dries i have had. at last the cut i wanted and a blow dry that lasted several days.

Cancelled my appointment and ignored all communication. I had taken the day off work for this. Then agreed to see me the next day. Gave me the wrong treatment after clarifying online various times. Rude and strange environment, didn't greet me properly and took me up to a strange flat, felt compelled to pay as I was in his flat alone with him. I was supposed to be having a 3.5 hour treatment, he completed in 15 minutes... He pulled my hair so badly I was in pain. I'm horrified by this experience.

This isn’t a real salon! DO NOT BOOK. The owner said they had converted their house into a salon but it looks nothing like the website. Drove round trying to find it but it’s literally just their flat. I obviously wasn’t going into a stranger’s flat!
