The worst salon I have ever been to. The customer service was terrible. I thought getting a silk press was part of my treatment but my stylist refused to press my hair. The cleanliness of the business was not great, as towels were being reused multiple times and weren’t in good condition. Staff were eating lunch on the shop floor, while hair was being done. The stylist was VERY rough on my head. Professional stylists are needed. I left with a wet jumper
