I checked the prices for services in Fresha app and decided to call to confirm. The girl on the phone confirmed the prices and booked me in. As soon as I arrived at the salon, she immediately started telling me that she had made a mistake and that the prices were completely different. I said that I would pay the prices listed in the app (I even showed her a screenshot); otherwise, I would just leave. She did one service at the price I showed, but I decided not to go ahead with the second service because the price was double. The girl was very polite and kept repeating that the owner had mixed up the prices. Overall, my review is not very positive

I had such a great experience at Tehran Beauty! Hanna is absolutely amazing – she matched my root colour perfectly and it blends so naturally with the rest of my hair. You honestly can’t tell the difference! She was so patient, kind and professional throughout. My eyebrows have never looked this good. I will definitely be coming back. Highly recommend! ✨💖”

I booked an appointment with them for 230 to get my eyebrows threaded turned up 10 minutes before my appointment. The shop was closed awaited and nobody was there or turned up so after 20 minutes of waiting I ended up leaving this isn’t professional at all. I’m so glad I didn’t book online As I would’ve had to have paid disappointing as I was getting married tomorrow and really needed my eyebrows done as they are local definitely won’t be going again and I’ll be not recommending them to anyone that I know. Very unprofessional.
This is the right salon, Tehran beauty in prestwich. Walked into salon on Thursday and requested an appointment there was middle aged blonde Iranian last working and made The appointment she wrote it down in her book under Tamara. I also rang the salon and left a message you can also check your cctv footage if you have it. Your staff have obviously made a mistake as I am sure I didn’t as I needed my eyebrows doing before Saturday for my wedding. You might not have it in your system as she wrote it down in her diary. I am so disappointed in the response from this salon I really wanted to support it.
