My massage was amazing, leaving me feeling much more relaxed and loose. Teej listened to my preferred intensity and areas, as well as why I wanted a massage at this moment and adjusted accordingly. Based on my physical activity she knew where might also be beneficial to add. We had a good balance of conversation and silent relaxation, which is also a big plus in my book!
