People were friendly enough, I brought a picture in with me of what I wanted and it looked like I got very little done. I got appointment with a treatwell deal maybe if you pay full price you get what you ask for?

John was amazing, did a really good job and actually cared about whether I was satisfied with the result. Also got a wee head massage which was unexpected and very relaxing

tried to resolve this via the salon but 1 manager stopped replying via email even though I sent photos and he agreed my hair wasn't good, but his excuse was the stylist was "inexperienced" and the second manager was basically not interested and told us to go through treatwell. so I would avoid this salon at all costs as their level of customer service is atrocious.
