Louise did a good job on my hair. The layers were nice (I don't think she point cuts much so a bit choppier than I expected) but it looked really healthy when she was done. Only issue was bangs- possibly because I wanted shallow-ish ones. She cut them wet, which with my hair being wavy meant they lost an inch in length and curled completely wrong when they dried. She styled them well so I left the salon happy but one wash at home and bam looked like I'd hacked off a clump of hair.
