I was given a lovely welcome and smiles on arrival. Karis always says it's good to see me, or words to that effect, which is wonderful to hear! She is kind and considerate. I liked my blow-dry and the way it is finalised with the straighteners, which seems to make it last longer. A good cup of tea, too!
