I was welcomed by a member of staff who immediately let the stylist know I'd arrived. The stylist Hannah made me feel very comfortable. I was having my shoulder-length hair cut short, having not had it cut for around two years. Hannah made sure that I told her exactly what I wanted and was trying to achieve, and asked me lots of questions to ensure she understood. The end result was excellent and she achieved exactly what I was looking for. I will definitely be back.
