I visited the salon to rectify a previous poor haircut at another salon. I disclosed at booking this and the fact I am nervous with hairdressers. Jodie in her support was friendly and did confirm the haircut was uneven. She set to sort this out. Unfortunately I am now left with another uneven haircut. The styling was fine. I am unsure why cutting hair straight seems to be so difficult as I have fine hair due to health issues.

Very friendly, lovely assistant/hair washer and good haircut. But wasn't offered a drink and was kept waiting 15 mins - not anyone's fault but it would have been good to be kept informed.

Slow in colouring hair as gets distracted easily (members of staff, parcels etc) however overall OK with colour. Regarding the cut, this is something I never wish to experience again!!! Karis did not listen/ignored my request for style of cut and how much I wanted off. I left salon with a lot less hair than I wanted and parts chopped so severely (around the face - stops at my eyes).
