Was called on the day of treatment to be asked to come half an hour later due to stylists running late. When i came I had to wait another 30 minutes and was told that the stylist I had appointment with was off today. Was eventually served by another stylist. The overall treatment was Okay.

Cuts by my usual hairdresser (not in Edinburgh) are a bit hit and miss, but when I'm on holiday in Edinburgh I know I can count on Technik to get my cut back into shape. Lucy has now done this for me twice - has listened and understood, and produced an excellent result.
