The true test of any haircut is not how it looks when you leave the salon (which should always be amazing!) but rather the test is how your hair looks when you have to style it yourself.
My experience yesterday (with Stephen) was my first time at Technik and I am very happy with the results. From start to finish, the service was great and Stephen was genuinely excited to be cutting my hair.
And yes, it looks amazing today ... just as I'd hoped it would.
Thank you, Stephen, for the wonderful haircut. You're a star!

Rachel was amazing! Friendly, easy going and she listened to me! Last time I went in I didn’t have a good experience!
However, the lady and the man in the salon kept talking down to the staff which was not nice at all and simply rude.

I was happy with the end result of my cut but my experience was not as pleasant as my previous visits - my stylist didn’t do a head massage when washing my hair or talk to me at all during the hair cut. Previously I have enjoyed my visits to this salon so I would come back and try again.
