Problem between Treatwell booking system and Technik’s booking system which meant that they could not honour my appointment but did offer an alternative hairdresser later in the day. Unfortunately the timing did not suit so I booked an appointment with another salon.

Ashley was fantastic. She really took the time to go through what I wanted in the consultation. She also showed me ways of styling my hair at home which was super helpful
