My stylist was running 30 minutes behind so there was a long wait past my appointment time. The haircut was fine but was really quick all things considered.

Not the cut I was looking for, ended up really with just a trim and did not look any different from what my own hairdresser would have done and i was unhappy with what she was doing. Thought I would try somewhere new and someone new but very disappointed with end result - same cut just tidied up. Obviously i did not get this across to Hannah when I explained what I was looking for. Not value for money as you would not know I had had my hair cut this weekend and looks the same.
