A very lovely and welcoming experience: Aya was at the ready as soon as I rung the bell, everything was clean, neat, and covid-compliant, making sure to ask about allergies (of which I have many!). She was such a friendly and sociable person which made the appointment fly by and the waxing was perfect, my skin barely had any redness (which is a rarity for me). Highly recommended👍
