It was ok. The fact that you get told you must have a £25 consultation before your treatment isn’t great, but I understand the need for it. Perhaps it would be better if this was included in the cost on Treatwell so there are no hidden surprises. Treatment was good but felt that there could have been a bit more specific/localised treatment as well.

Loved the acupuncture, but did not love turning up to the appointment having pre-paid for the acupuncture to be hit with another unpublicised "consultation fee" of £25. Felt quite scammed by it, had no choice other than to pay or to leave, but I'd already pre-paid £44 for the acupuncture. Be warned they will sting you for a sudden hidden charge - Treatwell why are they not forced to publish this charge?

Disappointed to have to pay a consultation £25 before any treatment even after purchasing a 2 hour package.
Treatment was good. However attempts to upsell, traditional medication for physical issues I don’t believe I have, and then attempts to get deposits etc. the service was as great despite this.

Having booked and paid through Treatwell, I was told on my arrival that I'd need to pay a further £25 directly to the staff for a "registration and consultation fee". I had to challenge this, staying out hadn't been made clear when I booked it. I couldn't get Treatwell on the phone (it was a Saturday) to ask for a refund but eventually the staff agreed to go ahead with the treatment anyway. The woman who did the massage itself was very sweet but the treatment felt a little random and unco-ordinated

Great experience of the acupuncture, cupping and massage. Relaxing 2h with amazing staff. Highly recommend trying this lovely place.
