The room is very clearly. Dr Duo very friendly . My lower back is better after acupuncture treatment. My sleeping is more than 6 hours now.

It was great! The treatment was amazing. The Dr was really knowledgeable,I felt super relaxed after! There was a technical glitch with TW which meant they had to stay open. Everything was great except the £25 "Covid-19 cover charge" and then trying to sell me a £500 treatment package when I was trying to leave. Lockdown has been hard on all of us, it wasn't nice to be made to feel like I had to make an additional purchase in addition to the £100 I'd already spent.

It was ok. The fact that you get told you must have a £25 consultation before your treatment isn’t great, but I understand the need for it. Perhaps it would be better if this was included in the cost on Treatwell so there are no hidden surprises. Treatment was good but felt that there could have been a bit more specific/localised treatment as well.
