I was waiting over 40min to be seen past my appointment time , the lady kept leaving my treatment to see someone else, it felt very rushed and the survive she provided was not of a high standard, I will not be going again

If I could leave 0 Stars I would. This was a horrible experience. I arrived for a Brazilian wax. The wax therapist didn’t know what she was doing. She used leg wax & left hot wax way too long (tore off in small bits). After just two strips I sat up and asked her to stop. 1. The Pain (I’ve had many Brazilians and this was worst) 2. I realised she was re-using the same wooden popsicle stick into the wax pot - which is filthy. They refused to refund me, and I left feeling unsafe and violated.
