Firstly she turned up 10 minutes late and didn’t know I even had an appointment book. Went for a brow lamination, she didn’t ask how I wanted them to look, she just started doing and gave me dark brown square eyebrows when I am blonde and naturally have a rounded eyebrow shape. I didn’t ask for wax or thread and she did it anyway and charged me extra for it. Overall it was a bad experience, unorganised, unprofessional and I won’t be going back.
