I booked a body wax for 10am and called before my appointment. I was told to come in about 15 mins later. I was made to wait 45 mins and was only seen at 11am by Raman. I was very stressed the entire time I was waiting as I had somewhere to be.
The worst part is that during the treatment Raman insisted on using strip wax for intimate areas and peeled my skin. When I tried to complain Tazeela (Alisha) and Sandy screamed and shouted at me and told me to do whatever I want and that I am lying.
