Staff was good, the wax was a tiny bit painful at the start as the wax kept breaking but after that it was absolutely fine.

My face was cut on both cheeks and my chin from the thread. Instead of taking accountability and apologising, I was told it was my skin, even though I’ve had threading for so many years and this has never happened. Very disappointing and now I have to walk around with a cut, sore face.

I have been here for brows before and staff are very lovely but overall I am quite disappointed with nail service. The nails were not done to a good standard and I felt that the lady lacked precision and experience. The pricing exceeded Treatwell advertisement, leaving me feeling misled. This is mainly a brow bar with a small table and lamp set up for nails, not a nail salon experience. Overall quality and transparency need improvement, I wouldn’t go back for nail service x
