Gel nail removal was good (though took a while!). New gel nails were applied to a really poor standard though, e.g. flooding down the edges and going onto my skin. I asked for them to be removed immediately as I wasn’t happy with being stuck with the mess for ~3 weeks.

Unfortunately I don't think this place is used to doing intimate waxing.I booked a hot wax and was actually given a strip wax, and only the front. The venue was clean and Neha was really nice and attentive, just inexperienced in this treatment.
